You can contact the SENS team at info@senscoffee.com about a website enquiry or the handling of your information.
Information you choose to provide
The form collects your name, email address, target market and area of interest. You may also provide a telephone number, company or location and a message. Please do not include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
How the information is used
When you submit an enquiry, we also include the website page where your visit began, the SENS page leading to the form and campaign tags (source, medium and campaign), when available. These are kept in this browser tab for the visit to help SENS understand which content brings enquiries; no third-party analytics service receives this information.
SENS uses the information to respond to your enquiry, discuss the requested project and follow up on that discussion. The enquiry form does not sign you up for an unrelated newsletter.
Form processing and email
The website enquiry form sends information to SENS through its hosting and email services. An operational copy is stored on the server so the team can recover enquiries if an email notification is delayed. Security processing includes a short-lived session cookie and a hashed network address used to limit automated submissions. Delivered enquiries are retained in this operational backup for up to 90 days; email correspondence may be kept as needed to handle your request.
You can also contact SENS directly by email. Email content is processed by the email services used to send and receive it.
Website media and third-party features
Product images and videos are served as website assets. The enquiry form is part of this website. A necessary session cookie helps protect submissions against misuse.
Links to other websites, including social media, lead to services with their own privacy practices. SENS does not control those websites.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Email info@senscoffee.com if you would like to ask about information you submitted, correct it or request deletion. Include enough information for the team to locate the relevant enquiry without sending sensitive documents. The team may need to verify the request and consider any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
